Environmental Particulate Matter
Group activities involve the development of sampling and measurement methods for environmental particulate matter (PM) and PM precursors, the development and dissemination of associated standard materials, and the application of chemometric techniques for assessing accuracy in complex, multicomponent systems. This research seeks to improve the scientific basis for policy-relevant decisions on health and atmospheric issues, a significant challenge to government, industry, and scientific organizations.
